Problem

Remapping linestyle scale in Linestyle sheet is not working when also
remapping style to bylevel in the Level sheet.

Solution

Use two separate remap files. Use one to remap the styles to "Bylevel"
and the second one to remap the style scale.

Reason :
When the style of an element is changed to Bylevel or a DGN style the
style scale is always removed.
