What ltscale is necessary to correctly plot Linestyles?

Solution
Usually Linestyles are drawn bylevel, and usually the file ltscale is set to 20.
Linestyles may appear correctly in the file but do not plot correctly. The general rule is to set the design model ltscale to 1, and the sheet model (plot layout), ltscale to the plot scale.
