Problem
All methods to scale custom linestyles (key-in).

Solution
There are currently 3 methods for setting linestyle scale.
GLOBALLY
-Key-in: ACTIVE LINESTYLESCALE [value]
AT THE LEVEL
-Open Level Manager (Settings > Level > Manager)
-Right click on level(s) and click properties
-Open Styles tab.
-Enable and set "Scale Factor" in either Bylevel or Override section.
AT THE ELEMENT (New elements)
-Open Custom Linestyle dialog (Settings > Linestyles > Custom)
-Enable and set "Scale Factor"
AT THE ELEMENT (Existing elements)
-Key-in : CHANGE LINESTYLESCALE [value]
-Select element(s)
