Problem
Have two files one is referenced into the other.
Both files were originally Auto CAD files converted to DGN files.
The linestyle scale of the reference file is larger then it should be.
How can this be corrected?

Solution
Resolved issue by changing the Ltscale in AutoCAD.
The Active linestylescale keyin in MicroStation is the same as the LTscale in AutoCAD.
