Problem Description
After placing a filled shape and setting a Transparency value for that shape using Element Information or using Active Transparency, the shape does not display transparent
Steps to Resolve
- Check if the Transparency attribute is switched on
- This can be found in the View Attributes dialog (from menu Settings > View Attributes)
- Make sure the Transparency setting/option is turned on/highlighted
- To retain the setting, go to File > Save Settings
