Background

There may be a time in support when we ask for a GLSTATS report. This report gives us information about your system that may help in our troubleshooting process. One thing it tells us is what version of Direct X your system is using for graphic display issues.

Steps to Accomplish

In the lower left corner go to “Windows Start Menu” (Windows Icon)

Then (Right Click) on “Computer” dialog box opens

Select “Properties” dialog box opens

Select “Advanced System Settings” dialog box opens

Select “Environment Variables” dialog box opens

Create New Variable QV_GLSTATS, New Value 1

Ok and Apply

Open MicroStation you will see a Splash Screen Box
