LumenRT Designer

I'm new mebber of the community.

I've just installed Microstation updt 14 with defaults: LumenRT and Descartes.

When I try open LumenRT while open MicroStation (MS), I could not.

User do not have licence of Bentley LumenRT but I expect, that MS opens LumenRT Designer. But do not!  What should I do to run LumenRT Designer (I have licence for it) instead full LumenRT?
