Problem
Unable to find program 'wintab.exe' Unable to find the tablet driver
(3). Please configure...wintab
Every time MicroStation is opened, it is looking for a digitizing
tablet, which is no longer in use. This slows down the time it takes to
open MicroStation and also presents two error messages.

Solution
Remove wintab.exe and wintab32.dll from
C:\Program Files\Bentley\Program\MicroStation
