I don't understand why the elements under Sharecell visible affected by element count

I want to know global display effect on the element visibility, create the model and found the same model there are difference behavior between V8i and connect edition, and in V8i element count under sharecell also have difference behavior

1. In V8i, if there are two or more than two elements under ShareCell and these elements are on the levels which Global Display is off, then if set the highest sharecell on the level which Global Display is on, the elements still invisible, but in Connect Edition, if set the highest sharecell on the level which global display is on, the elements are visible,
2. In V8i, if there are two or more than two elements under ShareCell and there is at least one element on the level which Global Display is on, then if set  the highest sharecell on the level which Global Display is on, the elements are visible, and in Connect Edition, if set  the highest sharecell on the level which global display is on, the elements are visible,
3. Both in V8i and Connect Edition, if the there are only one element under ShareCell, no matter this element on the level which Global display is off/on, set the highest sharecell on the level which global display is on, the element is visible, the if the highest sharecell on the level which global display is off, the element is invisible communities.bentley.com/.../LevelGlobalDisplayVisible.zip
