I am trying to set a dimension style which will has a vertical units text under dimension line for upper dimension line and above dimension line for lower dimension line like on the picture below:
RED circle = thats what I want to create
YELLOW circle = wrong style
I tried also to move text by using option "modify element" but I can move only from left to right, cant move up and down.
