Problem
User has a Kensington mouse and can't set the wheel button to snap in MicroStation.
Solution
User downloaded the 6.2 version of the Kensington driver. Went to the button assignments and clicked the drop down menu. Had to select "other options" to be able to find the "middle" setting for the wheel button.
He could then set the wheel button to snap in MicroStation.
