Problem
Raster data printed via MicroStaton plotting produces incorrect output
when moving data between V7 and V8. Files that plot correctly in
MicroStation v7, plot incorrectly from MicroStation v8.

Solution
This problem was corrected by using the Bentley hpglrtl.plt driver. The
hpglrtl (rtl = raster transformation language) is recommended when
plotting raster data in most instances.
