Problem
Font 43 (LOW_RES_FILLED) has strange jagged edges in MicroStation V8i 08.11.05.17, while it does look ok in V8 2004.
In the Element Info dialog, the Line Weight attribute affects how badly the jagged edges show. Turning the Line Weight to 0 shows no rough edges.
Solution
This issue has been addressed in Version 08.11.07.171.
