Problem
Filled MicroStation Fonts are not displaying Filled in DWG file as an SHX Font.
Filled MicroStation Fonts "RSC" are not displaying filled after file is saved to a DWG format. Fill is toggled ON in View Attributes.
Solution
When Convert MicroStation fonts to AutoCad SHX fonts is toggled ON in the SaveAs DWG settings, the fonts will be converted as an SHX font. However, SHX fonts do not support the use of a Fill text.
Recommendation:
True Type fonts "TTF" support the use of Filled text. It is recommended to use True Type fonts when placing text or during the SaveAs process Remap MicroStation fonts to a TTF font that is filled.
