Problem

1) "Unable to execute program WINTAB.EXE"

2) "Unable to find tablet driver"

3) "WINTAB.EXE is not registered"

Please configure & run WINTAB.EXE"

Details of Driver installation not being saved. Every time Wintab.exe is launched, the regitration window pops up and the digitizer that was previously picked is not the default digitizer.

Solution

1. Right click on the wintab.exe and go to properties

2. Click Properties and then select the Compatibility tab

3. Under Privilege Level, select Run this program as an administrator
and then click ok

4. Do the same thing for the ustation.exe

This setting has to do with Windows controls and not Bentley related applications.
