the current setting for place note FRAME with circle sets the leader to key point circle quadrants,
how can we change settings.. it so it always realigns to the center of the circle ... call outs just look wrong in assembly of details
To do what I want requires dropping the note or just place note circles with no leader and addin leader or circles later no very efficient especially if you want to move a note later to make room for changes to drawings over time...
