[CONNECT] Microstation Won't Launch

I am brand new to microstation and off to a rough start.

Through work we purchases a quarterly subscription to access Microstation since we only need it for a short duration after our trial ran out. Unfortunately right after clicking on the program to start, it instantly crashes and I get a windows popup that reads "MicroStation CONNECT Edition has stopped working" which then closes the program. Basic information regarding my setup is below:

MicroStation Connect Edition 4

Windows 7 Pro

Intel Core i7 6820HQ

Nvidia Quadro M3000M (updated driver today)

32gb of RAM

I've granted access to MicroStation Connect Edition and Connection Client through Windows Firewall. No exception or minidump files are created in my Temp folder. What is also strange is that even though Microstation Connect Edition is installed my Connection Client window does not show I have any applications installed. (Maybe this is normal? As previously stated I'm brand new to MicroStation but this seems odd).

I currently have an open support ticket after speaking with a tech service rep yesterday afternoon. I had completed uninstalled and reinstalled MicroStation Connect Edition 4 and Connection Client through the course of that phone call with no success. This morning I also installed the most recent version of Microsoft .net framework and that has not solved the problem either. I am under the gun to get some files edited and complete by end of day tomorrow and hoping someone has had a similar problem and an easy workaround.
