Problem Description
When downloading a product directly from selectservices.bentley.com or from a link received in Fulfillment document via Google Chrome browser the download process does not start.
Steps to Resolve
- Click the Chrome menu in the top right hand corner of your browser
- Select Settings
- Click Show advanced settings
- Under the "Privacy" section, click the Content settings button.
- In the "Pop-ups" section, click "Manage exceptions..."
- In the Pop-up exceptions dialog box, under the tab "Hostname pattern" click in the field and add the domain for which you want to create an exception: [*.]bentley.com
- To create exceptions for an entire domain, insert [*.] before the domain name (e.g. [*.]bentley.com. This will match drive.bentley.com )
- You can also specify an IP address, an IPv6 address, or a non-http URL.
- Use the dropdown menu to choose the exact behavior for the site or domain: Allow or Block.
- You can also remove exceptions using this dialog. Simply hover over the site or domain and click the X that appears and then click Done
