Problem

Seem to be experiencing a problem when using the "fence copy" key in to copy elements to the active level.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Open fencopy.dgn and reference fencecopy2.dgn
2. Place a fence around some elements
3. Type in FENCE COPY
4. Enter a data point
5. Key in LV= (your active level)
6. Key in DI= 0

The elements get copied but they don't change level

Solution

This was fixed in the commercial 08.05.02.xx
