column in the CSV file, exported from level manager, means?

Solution
The CSV is created by exporting the Levels from Level Manager to a CSV file.
Element Access Column:
This Column defines
whether a Level is Locked or not.
0 = NOT Locked
1 = Locked
BylevelPriorty & OverridePriority:
This column is not used in V8 currently. This column has been added to support a feature that is being developed for MicroStation XM.
