Problem

Change the level format displayed within the combo boxes of various tools.

Eg.

Solution

Set configuration variable MS_LEVEL_DISPLAY_FORMAT

Possible values:
N - Level Name
C - Level Code/Number
D - Level Description

Note:
-Value is case sensitive (IMPORTANT).
-Undefined behavior is MS_LEVEL_DISPLAY_FORMAT = N
-The format can be set to any value or any combination of the three.

eg. MS_LEVEL_DISPLAY_FORMAT = N(C)
