Problem Description

There have been numerous issues with running MicroStation on Nvidia graphics cards.  

These can include trails, ghost graphics and disappearing graphics.

Steps to Resolve

When seeing cursor trails, it has been found that updating the graphics driver takes care of the issue.

In order to check the graphics card version:

Start > Computer > System Properties > Device Manager

then click the arrow next to Display Adapters.

Right-click on the NVIDIA card, click properties, then click the driver tab.

This will display the driver version. If the driver is not the most recent, it is recommended to update the driver.
