Problem

View tools not shown in view window.
Task tools are showing instead of the View tools.

Solution

Disable "Task Navigation in Views".
This setting is found in the Window menu pull-down.

Note: 08.09.03.xx and later, this setting can also be found in the
preferences under "Task Navigation" (Workspace > Preferences > Task
Navigation > Presentation).
