Problem Description
When I open a file in MicroStation Connect I can see Items exist as displayed in the Explore and Properties Dialog, however some of the properties are greyed out and cannot be edited.
Explanation
The Item Types ‘Office Furniture’ for example are from application schemas not from schemas defined using the Item Types Management Dialog, the Properties are greyed out because they are flagged as “read-only” in the schema.
If you wish to edit these Item properties then you should use the application in which the file was created.
