Problem
How to disable remapping colors for Reference, cell library and level library attachments.
How to disable remapping of colors when the color tables are different for Reference files, Level Library attachments and/or cell library attachments.
Solution
Go to Workspace > Preferences > Reference Category, disable "Remap colors on Copy". This will cause MicroStation to keep the color number assignment instead of looking for the best color (HSV) match.
