Problem
How to convert a 3D cell library to a 2D cell library in MicroStation V8.

Solution
1. Open a 3D file and attach the cell library.
2. Select File > Export > 2D.
3. In the Conversion Options section at the bottom of the Save 3D as 2D dialog box, change the Source to Attach Cell Library.
4. Name the file and click OK.
