Accudraw/Accusnap - Snap to point like acad

I have tried to see if I could get accudraw to snap kind of like autocad does. I thought messing with Accusnap>Feel would do this but if it does it's not working for me. In autocad when you get close to a line in this case, it will snap to the endpoint. In Microstation when you get close to the line it will "show" you where it will snap to.

Does Accusnap>Feel work this way?

I am checking to see if the Feel setting will select the endpoint without using the Tentative button. If not, so be it. I prefer Usta anyway :-)
