Problem
Unviewable elements in a converted ArcGIS file.
GIS file is converted to DGN. When file is opened, nothing is displayed but when "Select All" command is performed, it located 88 elements.

Solution
Export file to 2D and export again to 3D, this will brought elements back into view. 88 complex shapes made up of 3900 line segments.
