Problem
Have a drawing that was created in MicroStation V8. I exported the drawing to
MicroStation. When the drawing is opened in MicroStation V7 some of the dimension are upside down
Solution
Dimension flipped due to the view rotation. Using the Change Dimension
View 1 keyin will correct the rotation of the dimension and properly
align it.
