Toogle AccuDraw does not save its status when I do "Save Settings"

Hi.

MicroStation CE 14.

If I press the button "Toogle AccuDraw" to turn of AccuDraw and then I do "Save Settings" if I try to open the same drawing again, AccuDraw is ON again when I draw a line.

Is this behaviour correct? or it is a bug?
