Problem
How to stop Accudraw compass from relocating to the element being manipulated.
Solution
Disable "Floating Origin".
Steps:
1. From Menubar, go to Settings > Accudraw [Accudraw Settings dialog opens].
2. In Accudraw Settings dialog, switch to Operation tab.
3. Disable "Floating Origin".
4. Close and go File > Save Settings.
