Problem

Animation does not play in 3D PDF.
There is no error messages, the animation plays as expected in
MicroStation.

Solution

pdfu3d_user.js and pdfu3d.js is missing
The following files need to be found by MS_DATA.
pdfu3d_user.js
pdfu3d.js

When saving to 3D PDF, these files are used to help generate the 3D
information.

Steps to correct
1. Key-in:
$ % "$(MS_DATA)"

This will open windows explorer to the location of MS_DATA

2. Check folder for the files "pdfu3d_user.js" and "pdfu3d.js"
3. If these files are not shown, copy these files from a known good
installation of the same version of MicroStation.

Notes:
In general, MS_DATA should not be re-routed from the install location
(MS_DATA = $(_USTN_SYSTEMROOT)data\)
