Problem
There are times when you need to be able to toggle on and off text background in text, dimensions or notes quickly. Currently you have to go into the text style settings for text and turn this off or own and then edit or update text and/or dimension. Can this be done quickly or with a simpler process?
Solution
This can be done by using the Change Text Attribute Tool. The key is having a text style created for each setting. One with background text turned off and another with this setting turned off.
Steps to Accomplish
1. Create two text styles, one with background text and one without
2. Use Change Text Attribute Tool
3. Select Text Style
4. Select the desired text to change background
