Problem Description
MicroStation crashes on start up.
The exception log states it is a Type 0xc0000005 access violation and according to the Widows EvenViewer: Faulting application name: ustation.exe, version: 8.11.9.714, time stamp: 0x55418eb4
Faulting module name: ntdll.dll, version: 6.1.7601.19110, time stamp: 0x5684255b.
Steps to Resolve
To resolve ntdll.dll issue uninstall MicroStation and then reinstall MicroStation again but this time do so with Administration Right.
