Problem
Active depth changes after each time an element is placed.
Solution
Fence file to a new file.
This is a rare occurance, that appears to be corrected by fencing the
file out.
Steps:
1. Place a fence around the elements
2. Key-in: FF=
3. Give file a name
4. Accept in view.
