What is the purpose of this information?
This article will provide the requirements and steps for downloading Bentley applications.
1. Navigate to the CONNECT Center and select the Software Downloads option
*Please note: Only users with the “Product Delivery – Download” role can enter Software Downloads. This role is can be added by your Account Admin or Co-Admin in User Management.
2. Find desired product
- Use one of the three default lists (up to 15 products in each category)
- Featured
- New + Updated
- Most Downloads
- Apply Product Line and/or Brand filters
- Use Search field
3. Click on Product icon/tile to open Product page
- The very latest version (in your language if available) is listed by default
- Click Download to obtain installation set
- Supported Operating Systems and Support Status is also accessible
- If you are looking for an older version, different localization, etc. please use available filters
*Please note: Only versions complying with Bentley Support Policy are available for download. For older versions please file Service Request here.
Notes:
- If you do not have Bentley sign in information please contact your site administrator so that he/she can set you up as a web user for your company.
- If you are the site administrator, please contact 1-800-BENTLEY, option 3 (web related issues) for analyst help retrieving your login details.
- If you are attempting to download products from our website but are unable to due to firewall or setting restrictions see the installation instruction link below.
- If you still are having a problem please log a Service Request on the web and an analyst will contact you regarding the issue.
- If you are using Chrome and are not logged in you may see a blank screen instead of the software downloads.
