Background
MicroStation update 7 allows you to use Background of Bing Map content to all connected user (http://www.bentley.com/bentleyuserregistration) as a Technology preview.
You can set the background maps from the View Attributes dialog in the Background Map section. The simplified method allows a street map, aerial imagery, or hybrid imagery.
The requirement is:
- Have Geographical Coordinate System attached
- Good internet connection

Steps to Accomplish
1. Open a file
2. Attach a GCS
3. From View Attributes dialog, change Background Map from none to street map, aerial imagery, or hybrid imagery.
4. You can Leave elevation offset and transparency as it comes by default
