Background

When you need to generate a report to show which reference files are turned on, perform as described below:

Recommendations

Go to Analyze Tab > Reports > New Category > Enter the name (in my file “Reference”)

New report definition> (in my file “Reference on”)

Set the values in Properties on the right side as shown below

• Include Reference Attachments - Yes
• Item Types – References
• Filtered By – Display = On

> add File Name and Display Columns > Preview results> Export results if you are satisfied
