MicroStation cannot be installed on Mac computer directly. It can be installed only on a Mac running Windows in either Boot Camp, VMWare Fusion or Parallels.
It has been reported that Boot Camp with Windows is a successful configuration, however, like other unsupported environments this configuration is experimental. In case of data loss or crashes, Bentley Technical Support will not be able to assist unless the issue is also identical to and reproducible when MicroStation is installed in a supported environment.
