Problem
Open master without references. How is it possible to open a master file without attached references?
This example could be helpful to check if a file doesn't open because of corrupt reference files.
Solution
MicroStation target with -o
Right click on the MicroStation desktop icon and select -> Properties
Click on the Shortcut tab and expand -o to target,
Example:
For MicroStation V8i : "C:\Program Files\Bentley\Program\MicroStation\ustation.exe" -o
For MicroStation CONNECT Edition: "C:\Program Files\Bentley\MicroStation CONNECT Edition\MicroStation\microstation.exe" -o
After this the master file should open without the attached references.
