Problem

Delivered tools are missing.
When I start MicroStation I do not see the delivered tools and tasks.

Solution

GUI.dgnlib needs to be included in _USTN_SYSTEM_GUIDGNLIBLIST

Starting with MicroStation V8i SS3, the delivered interface tools/tasks context menus are now stored in a file named "GUI.dgnlib".

If _USTN_SYSTEM_GUIDGNLIBLIST was changed in a custom configuration and does not load the DGNLIBs that are in "...\Workspace\System\GUI\", it will cause the delivered tools to be missing (not show) when
MicroStation is started.

To resolve:
Modify configuration so that _USTN_SYSTEM_GUIDGNLIBLIST includes Bentley\MicroStation V8i (SELECTseries)\Workspace\System\GUI\*.dgnlib

OR

Copy GUI.dgnlib to the location where _USTN_SYSTEM_GUIDGNLIBLIST is currently pointed.

Warning, make a backup if you intend to modify this file as it is the ONLY source for the delivered tools. Once a tool is deleted from this
file, it is gone.
