Problem Description

Cut and paste function doesn't work within a Microstation session.

Reason

It seems that nothing is pasted into the Windows clipboard.

Steps to Resolve

1. MicroStation Temp folder is missing or the Windows user does not have permissions to write/modify/read in it.
2. Check where MS_TMP points to and if that location does not exist, create the folder.
3. This allows MicroStation to create a clipboard.dgn file, which is a that is created when copying anything from MicroStation to the clipboard.
4. If the user does have a temp folder check and see if the clipboard.dgn file is present.
