This is about to drive me nuts.
I have created a sheet border seed file which includes several sheet models so that we can choose which layout looks best for each site (Landscape/portrait/multiple views). Each border has the client logo and the company logo attached as rasters, attached via Raster Manager from a known network location. Both are PNG files (if that makes any difference).
The file looks fine when I close it, but every time I re-open it, the rasters do not display, and they no longer are listed in the Raster Manager. But I can hover over the location and highlight something that tells me it is the attached raster.
I've searched this discussion board, but haven't found a "for sure" solution. After looking at a few possible fixes here, I have set my Raster to load "Standard" instead of "Automatic". But these are small (<100kb) files. I don't think that memory is the problem. I have deleted my cache, I have not deleted my cache...Yes, the raster files are still in the appropriate location on the network - they haven't moved.
I see enough posts about this that it's not an unknown phenomena, but I have yet to find a definitive answer. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Thank you.
