Problem
Is there a routine to upgrade V7 files to V8 that are spread across many folders?
Converting V7 files to V8 through batchconvert.
Solution
1. Set the MS_OPENV7 variable to "1", this allows the V7 files to automatically upgraded to V8 when file is open.
2. Go to Utilities > Batch Convert
3. Select the file that you desire to process
4. Process the files, as the files are being open in the batch process they are automatically upgraded to V8.
