Is There Any Way to Enter Stacked Fraction in Data Field?

Hi,

In MicroStation CE 10.10.00.23, I would fill data fields from cells. I use Fill in Single Enter Data Field tool, then type in text in Value field. I would like to know if I could make the fraction stack. Thank you.
