A colleague of mine came to me with a problem that started after he upgraded to MicroStation CONNECT edition. In the file there is a legend that shows several different hatch patterns. The workflow in SS2-SS4 has always been to match pattern attributes and then use the pattern area tool to place the pattern in a different part of the drawing. Now when we try to do that same workflow in CE, no pattern is placed. We have the pattern definition set to from file and the pattern name shows up but no pattern is placed. Any ideas on what in CE would break that workflow?
