Problem Description
When I open a file in MicroStation Connect I can see Items exist as displayed in the Explore and Properties Dialog, however they are not visible in the Items Dialog why?
Explanation
The Item Types ‘Office Furniture’ for example are from application schemas not from schemas defined using the Item Types Management Dialog and as such will not display in the Item Types management dialog. To edit these application Item Types the file will need to be opened in the application in which they were created.
