Problem Description
When I save my DGN Sheet Model which has its view rotated through 15 degrees to DWG it becomes unrotated.
Explanation
Rotated Views in sheet models is not supported by AutoCAD DWG and therefore becomes unrotated when saved to DWG.
Suggested solution
Of course, not using Rotated Sheets would be the best option (work in DWG mode)
To resolve in case above has already happened, follow these steps to resolve:
• Select the affected Sheet model in the DGN file
• Un-rotate View -> Rotate View icon, select method Unrotated
• In Model Properties of the Sheet, copy the value of 'Rotation' to clipboard, and reset to 0
• In Reference Manager -> select "Treat Attachment as Element for Manipulation"
• Select all elements, use window overlap (lower right > upper left)
• Rotate Element -> set Active Angle with paste value from clipboard, make value negative
• Pivot point -> lower left corner if the Sheet border
