Rasters Do Not Show on My Workstation (But Do on Others')

Hi,

I am running MicroStation V8i (SELECTseries3) - V08.11.09.459 and trying to have a georeferenced .tiff show in my design file. I was previously running V08.11.09.292 and working in a file where the attached raster was not showing up. After troubleshooting with some coworkers, we determined that the raster would show if the file was opened from their desktops (3 other users), but not from mine. I installed V08.11.09.459 to match their version in hopes that was reason, but it was no more successful.

Based on other forum discussions, I have checked level displays, as well as compared preferences. If I fit view to raster (or to "all") my view does not change/move and no border is shown for the raster. "Select all" does indicate a raster and coordinates can be viewed in the element information window. These coordinates match the geospatial area that the raster should be showing at (and does on other computers). The only indication that a raster does exist in the design file (other than listing it in element information and the raster manager) is if I reference this design file into another design file; the reference assumes the border dimensions and position of the non-displaying raster.

Any ideas I can try?

Thanks in advance,
