Problem
Loading a Tool, Task or Template of the 'same name' in 2 different custom .dgnlib files
Solution
If two tools, tasks, or templates share the exact same name then the first DGNLIB found (based on the order of the variable "MS_DGNLIBLIST") will be loaded.
